At how many MO did you take the bottle away?

I can understand if you are Breastfeeding, but why would anyone take a bottle away from a 3-4 month old, they are still babies! Why is everyone so in to rushing babies to be grown ups? Am I missing something??

With my first, just before he turned 1 we started putting his formula  in a sippy cup.  Then after he turned one we cut out the formula and warmed whole milk instead. He never acted like he knew a difference and it was a problem free transition.

My first 2 had a combo of breast/bottle feeding. Juice was giving in a sippy cup around 6 months. They both ditched the bottle on their own around 8 months. My last baby refused to drink from a bottle period.

My first was ebf for 8mo, then I went back to work. She refused a bottle, but took to a soft straw cup no problem.
