my birth plan, I'm sticking to it!

I'm due January 17 with baby #3 and I have made my doctor and all her colleagues aware of what I want so if she can't deliver me everyone else knows! First off I want an epidural as soon as we confirm that I'm in labor. Second as long as I have got to the hospital in enough time I want a csection. Third as long as there are no health risk preventing this I want my only Tube tied after my daughter is safely delivered. Fourth I don't want to be separated anymore from my daughter more than medically necessary. Fifth only visitors I want the first 24hours after delivery is my older children and whoever has to bring them to the hospital, I want the 5 of us to bond first. Lastly I want to breastfeed only, formula only provided if I request it! (Her pediatrician is aware of this as well and will visit her the first few hours if there is issues with nursing to provide formula suggestions)
