Could I be Pregnant ?!?!?!

My periods are normally super super heavy and they last up to 2 to 3 weeks and every time I cough I normally have to go to the bathroom because of a huge clot or I feel like I leaked .... Well I got my period just 3 days ago and it was heavy at first and then it got light and I have been spitting on and off today , I have heard that when you are pregnant you can have a period but it will be different from your normal period. I do have a lot of the signs like sore breast, weight gain, getting sick to my stomach but not throwing up , going to the bathroom a lot more then I should seems like I'm in there every 5 mins and I've been craving stuff but also having decrease of appetite and vaginal discharge is there any possibility that I could be pregnant?? And please comment
