Sex while ovulating. am I just paranoid

Okay, so I had sex with my bf on the 5th day of ovulation. A couple hours after we had sex I had pressure pain down there. I've never had that before. I've had a little amount of discharge within the past few days (it's normally a lot heavier discharge). I've been waking up with awful lower back aches, and have been kind of nauseous during the day off and on. Am I just being paranoid or could I actually be pregnant? Also my period isn't due for 10 days. Please help!!
