Femara is killing me!

Anyone else take more than one round of Femara and notice any severe pain or cramping with the second round? I'm hurting bad today, cramps worse than PMS. Heating pad nor ibuprofen have helped any. Today is O day for me and I'm feeling it. Last month wasn't bad, this month feels like my insides are about to explode! Anyone else gone through this? Or maybe something similar? Feel wrong for talking up Femara when it's kicking my butt hard right now.
