What do I do here?

I'm posting anonymous because I don't need people on here bashing me. 
Last night, my roommate knocked on my bedroom door, and asked to come in. I said "sure what's up?" She then goes onto explain that yesterday morning she had a friend, let's name him Andrew. Andrew came over, and recently Andrew has been looking at her differently even though he knows that she has a boyfriend. My roommate then goes onto tell me that she came onto Andrew strongly, made out with him and it almost led into sex. When this happened, she then said "I don't even feel bad about it. I don't know what my problem is." (She's 28 and he's 21-her boyfriend) she then said she has gotten annoyed with him and he's getting clingy, or feels like he has to do everything, though she wants to do some of the stuff too. We have another person temporarily sleeping on our couch and he's 29. She said that she's had sex dreams of them both. 
WHAT DO I DO HERE?! She told me in trust that I wouldn't say something. SHE CHEATED ON HER BOYFRIEND. Now I'm the one with the dirty little secret; and he loves her whole heartedly. Do I let him find out when she tells him? Or do I do the damage and tell him myself and risk losing my place? I'm lost at this point right now but yet this person has done nothing wrong. 
Any advice?

I would definitely recommend to her to come clean.

I would give her time to tell him herself She should definetly tell him herself, it's not your place to tell him it's their relationship not yours, but if she doesn't tell him after some time then I would tell her "either you tell him or I will" because that's not fair to her boyfriend.

My advice, even though it's an awful position she put you in, is to either urge her to come clean or let it play out. Usually things come to light sooner rather than later. He'll find out one way or another.

I think u urge her to come clean w/ him but otherwise stay out of it, this is their drama & u don't need to be dragged into anymore then u already are. I do wonder if she told u in the hopes that u would do her dirty work & tell him though...ugh. I'm sorry she put u in this position :(

Honestly there isn't really anything you could do unless maybe your really good friends with the boyfriend. I know she told you but I would just ask her not to tell you anything further because you don't want to carry around her dirty little secrets. The boyfriend will hopefully find out eventually, but I suggest you stay out of it unless your really good friends with him.

Let her tell him...it is soon to happen... or maybe he will catch her cheating... if you tell you would lose a friend and a place to stay so it's best to keep quiet... or you can persuade her to tell her boyfriend before it get out of hand
