My 'Birth Preferences' 😊

My doula and I sat down and put together my Birth Preferences, (I prefer that over a plan since I want the doctors to know that I am flexible in the event of an emergency.) I know that a lot of women struggle with what to write, so I wanted to share mine to help anyone who needs it! Please feel free to steal any part of this. We will be posting this on the door at the hospital, and I've printed multiple copies as well. Let the countdown to baby begin!
