need some guidance :(

I hope everyone is doing okay, I'm just lookinn for some guidance as I'm worried ...

I woke one morning 13 weeks ago with a small lump on my neck, bottom of my hairline, didn't think anything of it, anyway over time it got sore and started like scaling/scanning over, it's gotten a lot bigger to what it was - I've obviously looked on the Internet (i know I know 😳) and it says that a scab that takes longer than 4 weeks to heal could be a sign of skin cancer - I mean I've had this 13 weeks and it has no sign of going anywhere :/
