Where to buy gauges?

I've always bought gauges from Spencer's or Hot Topic, but they've always been plastic and they end up irritating my ears. I read on the masterpost that implantation grade is best, but where would I buy those? What websites do you guys buy from?

bone and wood are alright, but not ideal. glass is the best for stretched ears! stone and metals are good too. always be weary of the price! it indicates quality. gorilla glass is a great one. if you look on the "Ear Stretching Network" on facebook (click join, you will be accepted!) they have a biiiiig list of places safe to buy from

I buy surgical steel, bone, or wood online. I've had success on Ebay but I'm sure there's other sites too.
