SOS HELP

Okay ladies. I feel like I'm against a wall here. I have been on birth control for about 10 years now. And I just completely stopped using nuva ring... Due to my bodies reaction. (about 3 weeks ago) After a year plus on it..... I had to use a monastat Bc the ring gave me an infection. Hints why I stopped it.

However. My breast have been really sore and I keep spotting on and off. I did have unprotected sex with the fiance..... Any idea what may be causing these symptoms.....
