dr sent me for a scan at 4 weeks

So my dr sent me for a dating ultrasound,

They couldn't see anything.... & said it may be early but I need to have more bloods to make sure my hcg levels are increasing!!!

I'm only 4 weeks &4 days.

Should I be worried they couldn't see anything
