Newborn on CPAP

My newborn is currently in the NICU due to fast breathing. I'm home because I spent 4 days with him in the hospital and needed a little time to myself now I can't stop thinking of him and keep crying. I called to check on him this morning and they lowered his CPAP to +7 but it has to be +4 for him to come home. I'm hopeless and lifeless without my baby boy I miss him a lot. Anybody else baby was on CPAP? I'm really hoping he can come home this week. He was born September 21, 2016 btw
