Should I tell him??

So there is this guy I have liked for about a year and a half now. Every time I'm around him, I blush and I can't stop smiling. Every time we are walking to class together and we touch I get butterflies. I just can't stop thinking about him, he's all I look forward to. He's very under standing and nice. I'm good friends with his ex and she's over him, I just don't know if I should tell him I like him or just wait till he says it. Please help me I kinda need your advice glow community! Thanks!
