Gestational Diabetes
Who out there has been diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes? Any good tips on how to lower fasting blood sugar levels?? My doc prescribed me insulin and it freaks me out to have to use it daily, I would like to try and control it with diet alone but am having trouble 😔 any tips would be greatly appreciated!
