high keytones in urine need advice please

I am nearly 17 weeks pregnant, I have been to see the doctor today as I can't eat, I'm constantly sick, feel run down all the time really dizzy and tired. Doctor tested my urine and said my keytones are really high they are 4+. She basically told me to rest and eat what I can. I have been looking online and a lot of people said they had been admitted to hospital with 2-3 keynotes. So wondering weather it's worth calling my hospital to see what they say or just do as doctor says and try to rest which is not easy as I am on my own with a 6 year old and an 18 month old. Any advice? Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance.
