Having a hard time deciding.....

Im having a very hard time deciding who i want in the room when me and my fiance have our son, of course i want it to just be us and once baby is born have a couple of hours or so to bond depending on when babys arrivial will be!! But i also want him, my mom and his mom to be there, i was thinking like when i get close to having the baby they can both wait in the waiting room and me and my fiance have that experience together and bond for alittle bit, and then they can come in?? I just dont know what to do i keep going back and forth with it, plus when will be a good time for my daughter to come meet her little brother as well? Just so many questions, but no answers?? Help & advice would be appreciated!!
