Very low impact fender bender

I'm 27 1/2 weeks pregnant. Today I was sitting at a stop sign and the idiot in front of me decided to put his van in reverse. I honked my horn, but he hit me anyways at about 5 mph.

Google has me paranoid. I think because it was so slow everything should be fine. I have a doc appt in 2 days and the office is closed for the night. I'm thinking take it easy tonight and watch for symptoms. Thinking the ER would be overkill at this point. But still a worrier.
