light headed?

Anyone else feel light headed and dizzy when you get up? I drink plenty of water.

Answer

How far along are you? This is common during pregnancy especially early on when you are veins are widening in preparation for increased blood flow but said blood flow hasnt increased yet. As a result, your blood pressure drops and you get dizzy often.  Of course, if it's ever severe or if you're concerned,  call the doc :)
