How did your parents react to finding out you were pregnant?

My mom lives several states away so I called her to tell her. I told her I had to tell her something and when I said I was pregnant she started laughing. Like a crazy cackling witch laugh that sounded somewhere in between being excited and also being horrified 😂 she laughed for about a minute straight lol I couldn't tell if she was happy or upset.

With my 1st pregnancy my mum freaked out because I was only 15!! but was very supportive, with my 2nd pregnancy I was only 16 and when I told her she just hugged me and said we will get through this as we had just found out my son had cancer the day befor I found out I was pregnant dident even think I was pregnant my mate thought she was and wanted me to take a test with her and then this pregnancy I'm 19 and she just laughed at me and gave me and my partner a huge hug and said congratulations!! Ps I've only ever sleeped with 2 people in my hold life I'm am not a skank and my 1st relationship was very abusive and I was forced to do a lot of things I dident want to do but we won't go in to that!!

I am only 19 so , while believing all the throwing up and sickness was from a stomach virus my mother took me to the doctor . While there she asked if I had my period , which I only spotted , they tested me and came back with a positive test and while I'm sitting there horrified my mother is smiling and happy calling everyone in her call log ; I say she took it greatly for me to be so young .

My parents were very disappointed. I'm 7 months and they still don't want me to keep the baby. They're very catholic and premarital sex is a huge no no. I wasn't even seriously dating the guy I am having a baby with and they've never met him. They obviously didn't know I was having sex so it came as a double whammy to them. It's been rough.

My first I gave birth at 17. My parents obviously were not happy. My second pregnancy we announced at our wedding last year. (My first child was almost 6 years old by that time). My father and siblings were very happy and excited. Fil was stunned and not to happy about it. My Mil was a mix between both. I miscarried exactly a week later. My father cried. 
My 3rd pregnancy was a chemical. We didn't announce it so no one knows but us. 
A month later though I got pregnant again. My 4th pregnancy. We waited until roughly 12 or so weeks to tell fil and my dad. Both very excited and happy. My siblings both excited as well. We waited until nearly 20 weeks to tell Mil and she didn't sound too happy until dh told her how happy our father's were (Mil and fil are divorced). Now 36 weeks pregnant and both our father's are just excitedly waiting lol.

My mom was thrilled. We just told my dad Saturday and I gave him a card that said "Congratulations you're going to be a grandparent. Baby Bailey due May 1st!" And he immediately started crying tears of joy and said how happy he was. It was great!

My first pregnancy my mom asked for a drink and I didn't have any mix since I couldn't drink anymore so she shot straight rum haha and she's not a drinker.. Second pregnancy she took it easier, although she thinks she's too young to have 2 grandkids

I was 19 with my first, 22 with my second and now 32 with my 3rd😬 I've been married to my husband for 13 years and moved out of my parents house and was no longer financially depended on them by 17!! So they were a little worried yet kinda excited with my first but they couldn't get mad because it's not like we were mooching off of them or anyone else

My dad was nonchalant. But he's always nonchalant lol. My mom was ecstatic and shocked but tried to pretend she was mad. I'm 21 and not married. Nobody was expecting a baby from me for a while.
