What are some foods NOT to eat when your pregnant?

so i found out im preggerzz. 👶🏻im a big eater, i eat whatever.., i just hate chinese food and seafood😂i mean i like shrimp and clam chowder.... but not like fish and lobster.. ew lol . So i eat ALOT of Mexican food so im kinda nervous now as to what i shouldnt eat?... help me please 😘

My doc said stay away from refrigerated lunch meat (unless you heat it up to steaming) and be careful about food safety. Limit caffeine and no custard (possibility of preparation with undercooked eggs). Carefully and thoroughly wash produce.  Honestly I'd talk to your doc cuz if you Google it you'll literally be told you can eat nothing. It's crazy. Gotta feed that baby!

You can have seafood in moderation. 
You can have 200 mg of caffeine. 
You need to eat pasteurized cheeses (no soft ones) 
Nothing raw or undercooked. 
You'll learn all of this at your first OB or midwife appointment.

Google an OB/midwife approved list. Otherwise you'll get one written by idiots on Wikipedia or something. 🙄
