annoyed with doctors

I try to be as safe as possible, get my partners tested along with myself and wear condoms 100% of the time.. but it irritates me how doctors only test for the major 6 stds and nothing else. There are like 50 of them!! Like I get tested regularly and my partner has too. I've seen his results and I've shown him mine.. everything negative. But some how I get a bacterial infection that's considered an std.. why because his doctor never tested him for it.. my point is a lot of people are having sex thinking it's all good because they don't have the majors ones but are not being tested for all the other ones!
