Will my relationship ever be the same?

My baby is 13 weeks old and ever since I fell pregnant I feel my relationship with my partner just ain't the best anymore, we barely talk unless it's about our son, we are never intimate, that means anything from a hug to sex. It just doesn't happen anymore, we even sit at separate ends of the couch, we used to cuddle and kiss all the time and lay on sofa together and watch movies but now we just don't , I feel we are only mum and dad to our son and ain't in a relationship anymore, will it ever come back or is this how it is now that you have children, I feel we are drifting further apart😔
