A little worried

I have had morning sickness for most of my pregnancy I'm now 11w2days I normally get sick.if I don't eat but today I went to lunch with the hubby. After we got done we walked out and I got sick right by the car. I thouvht I saw some blood in the vomit I wasn't sure I did eat some ketchup with lunch but not enough to amount for this. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I go to the doctor?
