Mommy's on Zoloft. I've got a question for you.

Yesterday I was diagnosed with PPD. I'm not as upset about the diagnosis as I thought I would be, and I'm more looking forward to seeing a change in my behavior, having now been put on Zoloft. My question is, when you first started taking it, did it jump start your period? I've literally been on it for 2 days, and suddenly my period started. I'm also on birth control, and it's been regulating my cycle extremely well, so I can't figure out why I'm spotting 10 days early. Thanks for your input!
