my boyfriend has his priorities messed up

So I was in a head on collision about two weeks ago, I can't really walk now due to my knee being extremely messed up. So I called my boyfriend after it happened and I didn't see him that night. I didn't see him until last Sunday when he finally came over and stayed the night with me. He ended up leaving the next day because his best friend got in a fight with his mom. He was supposed to come back that night but he didn't he showed up the next morning. Idk what to do I almost died and I don't feel like I'm important to him. He hasn't even come back by to see if I'm ok. I'm home alone all day and I'm really chill about him bringing his friends or kid with him over to see me. Should I consider leaving him or just see what's going on with him?
