highschool crush

This guy I like just transferred to my highschool this year and we got close between the two of us but he has his own friend group as well. He'll be with them often but every day he'll do something cute like grab my arm as im walking to class and pull me in for a hug but he also is really close with 3 girls and a guy (the friend group). if i ever grab his arm he'll joke around and say "why are you touching me" and then he'll go and wink at me which just pulls me back in. And ive wanted to have a serious convo with him but he has soccer everyday and we'll facetime and do hw together but never gets the chance to have a serious convo bc i wanna hang out w him. Do you think he likes me ?? he said he does and wanted to take things slow  but he's not showing interest in getting together after school. Also I havent had a real relationship and i want to. Do you think he actually like me based on this? How to I hint to him about going further?? Or keep him liking me??
