too young and dumb ? or just not ready ?

I'm a 14 year old female who is of course going through puberty and always feeling quite horny all the time. recently I've been thinking a lot about losing my virginity and just having fun very soon and I'm an extremely sexual person and I feel like I'm ready to have sex but then I'm not ready. I really want to do it but then I get worried and think about how my family and friends would react to finding out that I've lost it at this age. many people have lost it at this age but I just feel like I'd be shamed for being a very sexual person at 14 and losing my virginity. any advice ??? thanks ❤️❤️
ps, I've actually nearly lost my virginity a few times but I've backed up because I was really nervous ahaha

I wouldn't say you're dumb...those feelings are normal, but you have to ask yourself more questions than "what if other people call me a slut?"
Are you prepared to go through any consequences that could happen from having sex? STIs, STDs, Pregnancy, the chance of being a single parent, etc? 
Are you prepared for safe sex to lessen the chances for any of that to happen? (Yes, They can still happen) Condoms, birth control, etc? 
If any of those things do occur, are you prepared to then tell you parents what is going on?

I lost my virginity at 14 my best friends didn't shame me and if you decide to and they do they are t your true friends. It is you choice and don't feel pressured into doing anything if you don't feel 100% ready or you will regret it! I don't think there's anything wrong with it and don't be shamed by others(it's none of their business!)

It's not dumb, or weird. This happens to a lot of teens so you are not alone. If you decide to have sex, make sure you use protection and that both parties consent with an enthusiastic "yes". My advice is, if you keep backing out, that means you might quite not be ready for it. It's normal to be nervous for your first time but you will know when you want to do it regardless. And unfortunately, you will meet people who will judge you for having sex, and those who will judge you for not having sex. Unless your parents are incredibly unusually progressive people, they won't be happy about you being sexually active. But it's your body and you are the only one allowed to make those choices, and no one should judge you for it.
