Help!!! My vaginal area is swollen!!

I just finished my period and now my vaginal lips, inner wall, clit, canal is all swollen!! I have no idea why. I'm using the same brand of pads, I finished my period a day ago and my vaginal area has been hurting since then and it now just for swollen ( I also havnt had sex in 7 months)(have had 1 partner) and he was a virgin too
