Yeast Infection

If I have a yeast infection & I decide to have sex. Can you get small cuts making you bleed? I ask this because my partner and I kept going even after the condom live had run out. And when I decided to stop because it hurt and went to go clean myself I noticed little small drops of blood on the paper. And I ask because the of the infection cause inflammation of the vagina walls.
