Is it normal?

Hi I'm 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my 2nd Child... I'm a little concerned... my breast are size DD and I know as a fact when your pregnant, your breast get larger which they are now... but I've noticed teeny tiny little purple veins, is that normal? I didn't experience this with my 1st...
