6 month sleep regression?

My almost 6 mo old is waking a lot through the night.  Twice to eat and random cries here and there for her pacifier i feel like its a 6 month sleep regression.  Any one dealing with this? What can we do? Im so tired my hubby and i.she's formula fed, crib sleeper since 3 months.

I feel like my 5.5 month old is constantly crying and wanting to be nursed throughout the day... came on here wondering if it's a growth spurt. Also wakes at night wanting her binky.

My son has been up 5+ times a night for over a month now. Yesterday he turned 6onths and finally cut his first tooth. Hoping he gets more sleep soon so I can too!

Yep, we are going through this same thing. Since day 1 she has only woken up once during the night and some nights not at all. This past week she's been waking up at least 3 times. None to eat, just wanting her binkie back. The night before last was ROUGH. She was up every hour from 12am-6am crying. Thankfully last night she was a lot better! I was trying to figure out what the issue was as well.

There is a growth spurt at six months. Hopefully it's that and she'll get past it in a few days...

My LO is doing the same thing. Not so much to eat just a little whimpering. The hubby and I are trying to figure out why also. He had been sleeping through the night in his own bed since about 3months and now he is just 3 days shy of 6months old.
