Stitching & Itching!

Just curious. I had a 3rd or 4th degree tear..can't remember I was in and out of it because of the medication. It took 2 ppl to sew me up with the help of a 3rd person as well. I was have intervaginal stitching as well and the itching is so irritating, almost like a yeast infection. Have any of you ladies had itching inside the vagina from stitching and how did you relieve it if so??
