Itchy all over but no rash

Aghhh is this normal? It's like an internal itch. Started with just a few spots and made me palms and soles of my feet tingle and now seems to have spread to my arms this morning and is worse. I'm 35 weeks and my next doctors appointment isn't until October 10th. :( Idk what to do! It's not unbearable but is annoying
