sickness bug!!!! 😷😷

Ok so im 5weeks +2 and ive come down with a horrendus tummy bug, i have been ill for 48hours up to now, cant keep off the toilet, violent stomach cramps across my belly, headache, i have not actually been physically sick but feel it. Has anyone else had a bug when been early pregnant nad has your baby been ok? I suffered a misscarrige 3 months ago and im past myself incase it happens again. Thanks
