help! I'm confused!!

AF is due In 4 days but I already FEEL pregnant no lie. Last week, I started vomiting and had diarrhea straight for about 3-5 days (it was only severe for about 2 days) SO was already joking about me being pregnant. I shrugged it off as the stomach flu. This week though I've been waking up to moderate- severe cramps every morning and have been going to the bathroom (#1 and #2) (sorry TMI) more often than usual. The cramps are not normal for me- I usually get cramps just 2 days or a day before AF). Also, since the "stomach flu" spell ended - that was around ovulation time, I've had rhinitis, sneezing and runny nose - which usually goes away with medicine but this time it didn't. And I've also been waking up with a very sore throat for the past 4 days. I haven't had a sore throat in years! Very thirsty lately and at about 3AM this morning after drinking water, I threw up. Could this be morning sickness already? Does this seem like a positive? Help!
