Husband acting like i dont care about baby?

I'm pregnant with my first and have a 5 year old step son.

Today on our way to the store which he made me drive to even though I was pushing 20 hours without sleep and 12 without eating. He starts bitching about my driving. He always does so I blew it off. On our way out of the store I walked more diagonal across the lot to my car (they don't have a pedestrian walk way marked) and he started yelling about how I don't care about my unborn child's life or well being!

All I've wanted to hear lately is that I'll be a good mom and I'm not an awful step mom but he pretty much said I'm an awful mom.
