Nervous

So from the time I found out ( week 5) til week 10 I had all the symptoms ...week 11 came and I was just happy to feel better but now week 12 is here and the symptoms are still gone but I'm wondering is that normal...doctors appointment is in 3 days...praying for good news...baby was just fine at first appointment..heartbeat was good saw my baby for the first time...but after a miscarriage in dec 2015 I can't help but be nervous
