My niece had a great one. She casually asked everyone to gather for a family picture like we always do. The one holding the camera was in on it, and instead of saying 1-2-3 Cheese, she said 1-2-3 Jessica's pregnant! Got the reactions on video and photo.

I always wanted to add a tiny stocking to the fireplace and wait til someone notices :) you could put some tiny shoes in it or your pregnancy test.
