Suffocating !!!

I'm 19 and I live with my mom her disrespectful boyfriend and my little sister . every time I make a move my mothers boyfriend complains and start cursing and being totally rude . he talks bad about me to my baby sister who thinks the world of me and my mother . now I've told my mother over and over to handle it . she says she will handle it . but its get worse .. When I handle it it turns bloody the cops are called and its hell. Trust ! Its like they tell me when to shower when to take my shoes off when to talk on the phone I'm really about to explode !!! I'm getting really angery and ima bout to snap
