Aching gums & sore nose. What is this?? 😣

I'm 25+1 pregnant and so far throughout my pregnancy my gums and teeth have been perfectly fine. I've kept up to cleaning them twice a day and had no problems , just the occasional bleeding gum here and there from after brushing but that's about it!

My nose however...well, I had it operated on years ago and so I've always been advised that the lining is super sensitive in comparison to someone else's. So I can feel bunged up or have the sniffles.. Nothing that I'm not used to.

Anyway so today my top gums are killing me like a dull deep pain kinda feels like they can swell at any given second ! Now moments later its gone and effected where my nostrils are making them sting , the sensation makes me kind of want to sneeze.

This is my first ever pregnancy so I don't know if this is normal or what to expect. Please mommas help me out ❤❤❤
