am I the only one that gets cramps 2 full weeks before a period?

I get cramps starting 14 days exactly from my period each time. It's rare for me to get cramps RIGHT before a period, does anyone else go through this or is it only me?

It sounds like you are probably having ovulation cramping.  Many women experience pain and cramping during ovulation.  It's normal although it's not talked about among women as much as period cramping.

I used to. Different this month though. Endometriosis caused it
