So I drank like 2 bud lights and some wine I kinda sobered up but felt like I had a headache and throwing up..... So now I'm in bed with water and Gatorade and pills.... 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩should I sleep? My headache is bothering me

If you only had the beer, you'd probably be fine, but wine has sugar in it, so even just a bit to give you a buzz is enough to give you a headache and kill your stomach. It's normal, just hydrate and eat and you'll be fine in 24 hours.

I was always told never mix ur alcohol, but when my friends and I decide to drink we always eat and have snacks to eat on threw out our drinking to prevent a hard hangover. but it sounds like wine mixing with beer isn't ur friend! sleep it off, water, tums, and headache meds, then take a nice shower when u wake, be sure to eat some toast as well

Thats normal lol take a nap wine normally kills my head when i drink it which is why i avoid it but as soon as you start to sober up with alcohol the hangover hits even if you didnt go to bed yet drink lots of water and sleep it off
