Severe back ache and cramping

We are currently ttc baby #6 I am 6 dpo and have had severe cramping and back ache for a few days now. When I was pregnant with baby #5 I felt as though my period was coming and neglected to test for a couple of weeks. Anyone else had cramping and aching so early dpo?
