PCOS or Possible Pregnancy????

I was diagnosed with pcos about two months ago. Well in 2011 I had a cyst the size of a grapefruit and I still had a period. Now I have mini cyst on my remaining ovary and I haven't had a period in three months. Is it possible I may be pregnant or is the delay only due to PCOS?
