First appointment, dont know what to ask?

Tomorrow is our first appointment, our first ultra sound and intake with the midwife.. 
I really dont know what to ask..

What did you asked on your first appointment?

Our appointment was quite long and as it went on my SO and I would ask questions when we thought of them! It was totally fine in the end, I panicked beforehand (even thrown up) but it was absolutely lovely, lovely midwife! (I'm in the UK) 
I won't be having my first scan though until this Tuesday (my first appointment was a month ago) so I'm super excited but also nervous!!!

If she follows birth plans to her best ability, what home remedies does she recommend for certain symptoms that u may be having, what test/screenings does she recommend, how much weight u should be gaining during this pregnancy

I totally drew a blank and forgot all my questions. But you can ask what her transfer rate is (especially for a ftm), if she has any advice for any symptoms you've been having, when your next appointment is and what it entails, what her birth philosophy is, etc...

I didn't have any lol. Thankfully my ob is very thorough, the only real bothersome symptom I was having was constipation so I called her office to ask about that, but that was like 1-2 weeks prior to my appointment. However I've been seeing her for 12 years so I was already comfortable with her. She'll probably tell you about her recommendations & how she works and all that, I imagine she'll ask you about your birth plan

i'm so scared because i know they have to take me blood,
Also my mom giving birth to my sister was kinda traumatic for me so im very scared of labour..
Thankfully I still have 7 months to go,:)

I think i will ask about labour and all..
I'm from europe so c-section without medical reasons is not allowed here, otherwise i would go for a c-section..
