1+ weeks late, cramping for 2 weeks

I'm getting really frustrated y'all. I'm late for my period and have had moderate cramping off and on daily for 2 weeks. Wtf?? We've been ttc for 16mos. All the test come up BFN. But I've never done this. On my own cycles and on the induced pds I ways cramp 1-2 days before, spot, and the AF is clearly there....my boobs are also swollen and tender (not something I've experienced off birthcontrol either). Is it possible this is all the clomid and not a pregnancy? It's was our first cycle with clomid so idk what to expect. Cervix is closed, form and high with moderate "watery" cm.....
