Question

So after stopping BC in Sept. and no AF since, my doctor ordered blood tests and a sonogram. I was diagnosed with PCOS today my doctor immediately prescribed me Provera to induce a cycle and Clomid to take after. Also wanted me on a prenatal. Any advice for a sad newbie? ?

Just went off bc in July first period after on time 2nd 2.5 weeks late and now with metformin on time monthly was diagnosed borderline pcos after the 2.5 week late one I would recommend  getting an hsg prior to staring clomid though I've heard ppl that started without it and ran into terrible trouble with the clomid just some advice we have been ttc since coming of bc even though not long it's been a long road good luck and baby dust to you :)

Just finished my dosage of provera Sunday and got my AF today. Going to dr tmrw for a blood test and on Saturday which is day five of my af I will be taking clomid, first time going on it.

​Metformin is not a fertility drug it has just been shown to regulate ovulation but can take 4-6 months sometimes to actually work so it would depend how patient you are.

Same! On my 3rd day of primolut to start my period and the clomid after that. Fingers crossed!
