Some one help need advise

Hi everyone I need advise on some things I am late on and I mean really late 43 days late and u have done to tests and one took 2hours to show and the other took 20 mins could I bbe pregnant? I have some symptoms like my boobs are starting to hurt feeling sick and also Hungary all the time whY do you think please give me some advise in what in should do my partner thinks I am pregnant but I am not so sure x
