How to start again

My miscarriage became complete a few days ago and I am ready to get back into TTC mode. My question is how to get started tracking. Glow still counts my last period as the one before I was pregnant. Do I just do the other stuff (bbt, CM, etc) until my period comes and I know the new date? Will I ovulate before a period after a miscarriage? This was my first pregnancy and obviously first miscarriage so the process is new to me.
