help?tightness in chest
I get like these "waves" ( not really waves but i can't think of anything else to describe it as) of tightness or pressure in my chest for no reason . It's not painful. does anyone know what it's from? And then I'll get a shiver and goosebumps. Is it from anxiety? Is that a thing?
